The Ways of Wine presents the European wine regions through the oldest itinerary of our continent; The Way to Santiago. An American pilgrim discovers the wine culture inherited from the Middle Ages and the Benedictine and Cistercian monks, among vineyards and current winegrowers who respect the tradition, the terroir and seek personal and unique wines.

Susan is a pilgrim from California, a pioneer doing the jacobean route that unites Braga with Santiago through Rivadavia; The Miñoto Ribeiro Road. Making a free itinerary, without haste, totally hedonistic, discovering the wines of the D.O. Ribeiro, its people, landscapes, culture and gastronomy.


This episode is the presentation of a project that extends across the entire European continent and chooses the D.O. Ribeiro as a starting point for being the oldest Designation of Origin of the Iberian peninsula and the origin of the Galician wine tradition.
